Lowton Developments appointed JCM to supply and erect the full scaffolding package for four detached new-build homes. The project needed safe, multi-lift access and a phased programme that kept each plot ready for the bricklayers.

Our Approach
We scheduled half-day lifts per plot so working platforms were ready when bricklayers needed them. JCM coordinated the scaffold programme with the development as it progressed. Our site survey shaped high-capacity loading bays to support the materials needed across the four-home build.
The structures were erected to TG20:21 standards and included debris netting to help keep the active site controlled.
We raised the working platforms progressively to match the growing brickwork across each plot.
We maintained an organised work area throughout the three-month project and completed a professional strike-down when the build was finished.
