Our Approach

How We Delivered The Project

Two operatives erected the independent scaffold over two days, following the site assessment and highway permit requirements. It provided safe roof access while keeping the public route open. For another commercial access project in Greater Manchester, see our birdcage and crash deck scaffolding in Bolton.

Design & Survey

We surveyed the building and carriageway to plan the scaffold within highway requirements and maintain clear pedestrian access around the work area.

Safe Setup

The arrangement included suitable clearance for pedestrians, wheelchair users and passing traffic while roofers worked at height.

Phased Adaptation

The access platform can be adjusted as roof repairs move across the building, keeping the contractors’ working areas aligned with the programme.

Clean Site

The scaffold was erected within the two-day programme, minimising disruption to public access and leaving the site ready for the roofing work.
